TERMS OF TRADE AND DELIVERY

The following terms will be applied in the relationship between CO2 Compensate FINLAND OY and its customers in transactions made through the internet.

PROCUREMENT

In the context of trade, the customer must always notify: In the case of a retail customer, name, postal address, phone number and email address. In the case of company customer, the name of the subscriber, company name, postal address (street address and place of business), phone number and email address must be provided. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Customer undertakes to comply with the applicable ordering and delivery terms at the time of each purchase.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All Online Payments are made through card payment, mobile payment applications (PIVO and MobilePay) or by Paypal Corporation.

INVOICING

Billing is separately agreed upon for businesses after credit information has been reviewed. After the due date, a memo will be sent for invoices submitted but not paid, with a reminder fee and a penalty interest. If the invoice is not paid despite the reminder, it will be handed over to the debt collection agency.

DATE OF DELIVERY

We process your purchase within 3 (three) business days. Your order will be confirmed by email.

PRICES AND TERMS

All prices are valid until further notice. If the price of the product is materially inaccurate due to human error or any other reason, CO2 Compensate FINLAND OY reserves the right not to deliver the product at the stated price. In the event that a customer has ordered a product with an incorrect price, CO2 Compensate FINLAND OY will always contact the customer to clarify the situation. Prices include 24% VAT. CO2 Compensate FINLAND OY is a Value Added Company.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

CO2 Compensate FINLAND OY strives to keep product information up-to-date and accurate. CO2 Compensate FINLAND OY reserves the right to alter product specifications without notice.

REFUND POLICY

Consumer customers have a 14-day cancellation policy.

COMPLAINS

The customer must inform us of a defect/flaw in our sales immediatly after noticing it, or when he or she should have noticed it.

UNNECESSARY ORDERS

Unnecessary orders and harassment calls will warrant a police report.

DISPUTES

“If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Dispute Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisers' Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). ” Disputes are settled by CO2 Compensate Finland Oy's domestic court.
